The National Institute of Nursing Research (NINR), National Institutes of Health (NIH) has announced NOT-NR-24-003 to communicate intent to reissue a funding opportunity, RFA-NR-23-004: Clinical-Community Linkages to Address Social Needs and Social Conditions to Advance Health Equity among Populations Experiencing Health Disparities: The Bridge-to-Care Initiative, to support intervention research that leverages healthcare-community partnerships to address health-related social needs (HRSN) at the individual or family level or social determinants of health (SDOH) at the community level.
NINR seeks to support research conducted by scientists from any discipline that informs practice and policy, and improves health and quality of life for all people, their families and communities, and the society in which they live.
