"Exploring the Impact Potential of an Interorganizational Network Partnership (INP) to Build a Culture of Health in the Black Community"

This project proposed to create an infrastructure for dissemination and implementation (D & I) of obesity and diabetes prevention and control strategies in black communities. Specific aims of this pilot study proposal were to: 1) Adapt an existing D & I framework to support adoption and implementation of evidence-based, obesity and diabetes control strategies by black organizations that are prominent on a national level with a particular focus on those that have affiliates or chapters at local and regional levels and 2) Incorporate this model into a proposal to study dissemination and implementation of obesity and diabetes control strategies through such organizations (T4 translation).
