"Investigating disparities in geographic accessibility to health services for type 2 diabetes and hypertension in a rural Andean population in Peru"

The primary objective of this proposal is to conduct a formative assessment of both objective and patient-reported measures of geographic accessibility to T2D and HTN health services in an indigenous population in Puno, Peru to identify geographic disparities in health services accessibility as well as the drivers of these disparities to inform future implementation strategies to improve equitable geographic accessibility.
