"Maximizing the Impact of a Worksite Intensive Lifestyle Intervention by Understanding Motivating Factors and Improving Diabetes Management Information"

This project’s goals were to better understand T2DM patients’ self-risk assessment to motivate lifestyle change through 3 aims: 1) Assess pre- and post-intervention participant knowledge of factors that impact successful diabetes management and metabolic outcomes, 2) Evaluate and improve the literacy and communication of diabetes management information, and 3) disseminate revised exercise and dietary recommendations materials.
